  • Who is IntakeQ for?

    IntakeQ was built for anyone who needs to collect private client information securely. This includes nutritionists, counselors, therapists, medical doctors, naturopaths, chiropractors, dietitians, life coaches, etc.

  • Is there a setup fee?

    No. Just sign up and start using it.

  • Is IntakeQ an EHR?

    While some clients use IntakeQ to run most aspects of their practice, we don't consider ourselves a full EHR.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can go to the subscription section and cancel at anytime. There's no need to pick up the phone.

  • Is there a limit to how many forms I can create?

    No, create as many forms as you need.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade after I become a subscriber?

    Yes, downgrade or upgrade to a new plan at any time.

  • Can I import my existing forms?

    Yes, we charge a nominal fee of $9 per form to convert your current forms into our web format.

  • Can I integrate with my EHR?

    We are currently looking into EHR integrations. In the meantime, there are several ways to export data from IntakeQ, including a public API.

  • How does the free trial work?

    You can use all features of IntakeQ during your trial period, including the secure messaging portal.

  • Do I have to start my forms from scratch?

    No. We can convert your forms for you, or you can import pre-existing questions from our questions database and tweak them to your own liking.

  • Is IntakeQ HIPAA compliant?

    Yes, we are HIPAA compliant. Learn more about it here.

  • Will IntakeQ sign a BAA?

    Yes, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement.
